Below you will find information on the accessibility of our online services.

We inform you about:

  • the offerings and features available on this website,
  • how to use these offerings and features,
  • the available accessibility options, and
  • the authority responsible for monitoring accessibility on this website.

2) Offerings and Features of This Website

This website is an online shop for the sale of goods and digital content.

Goods refer to physical items. Digital content refers to data or datasets created and provided in digital form.

Products are presented here which can be added to an electronic shopping cart and then ordered and paid for.

This website has a header and footer menu.

The header menu lists our products by category, each of which can be accessed individually.

Each product is described on a detail page with essential features, scope of delivery, and total price. From there it can be added to the cart.

The cart can be accessed via the header once at least one product has been added. From there, the electronic order process can be initiated and completed.

The footer menu contains links to our legal notice, contact information, legal bases, delivery and payment information, and other helpful service pages.

3) Explanation of How to Use the Offerings and Features

3.1 Virtual Buttons

This website can be operated via virtual buttons.

3.2 Home, Overview, and Detail Pages

The homepage displays a selection of products. By interacting with a product, you reach its detail page.

Use the header menu to navigate between categories. Selecting a category takes you to an overview page showing all products in that category.

Clicking on a product from the overview also takes you to its detail page.

Detail pages contain all relevant information and may include quantity selection and an “Add to Cart” button.

3.3 Electronic Shopping Cart

By clicking the cart button, the selected product is added to the electronic cart in the chosen quantity.

The cart can be accessed via the header menu. You can check, modify quantities, or remove products there.

3.4 Electronic Ordering Process

After checking the cart, you can proceed to the ordering process via appropriate buttons.

You will be asked to enter contact details (at least name, email, and address).

Then you choose from available delivery/performance options.

Finally, you select a payment method, enter payment details, and complete the order.

The order is only final after clicking a clearly labeled button like “Buy”, “Order Now” or “Purchase Obligatory”.

Before that, you can go back or cancel the process at any time using your browser's "Back" button.

If using an online payment method, you’ll be redirected to the payment provider to complete the payment.

4) Legal Accessibility Requirements
